BUCKET ELEVATORS

Bucket elevators are the part of automatic oil mill setup which help in the material handling method during the operation of oil mill. These bucket elevators are used to lift and elevate the seeds & cake for the feeding purpose. Our assortment of industrial elevators is appropriate for being installed within oil mills of medium to large scale. They increase the efficiency of oil mill by elevating the seeds directly to the expeller.
The bucket elevator is divided into 3 sections:

1. Bottom Section for the intake
2. The Middle or Tank Section
3. Top Section used for the discharge

SCREW CONVEYOR

A screw conveyor is a part of the automatic oil mill system for the material handling process. To maintain the quality standards, we provide screw conveyors made using superior quality steel along with anti-corrosive parts.

The screw conveyor offered by us finds functionality in carrying and moving of oil seeds and oil cakes horizontally. They convey things from one location to another. The seeds or the seed cakes are carried in bulk to the various machines for feeding and processing purpose. The screw conveyor consists of a shaft with a broad helical-wound blade rotating in a semicircular tube or trough. For the ease of maintenance, they come with removable plates.
