The use of cake elevators and cake conveyors is limited just for the purpose of movement of oilcake in vertical or horizontal direction. Once the movement is over, the next process which comes into picture is the Oilcake Filling and Oilcake Bagging Process.

Function of Cake Filling and Bagging

There are several uses of the high protein cakes. The applications require that the oilcake should be properly packed into the bags. The following equipments are mainly used for the cake filling and cake bagging purpose:-

• Bag Stitching Machine

We manufacture and offer all the above three items for successful cake filling and bagging. The cake filling bagging machine comes with dual outlet attachments. This ensures simultaneous filling of oilcake into 2 different sacks. The empty bags are attached at the outlet portion. The fresh oilcake coming from the conveyor is lifted and divided into the 2 outlets so that each of the bag can be filled.

Once the cake has been filled into the jute bags or PP bags, it should be weighed properly before final delivery. The digital weighing scale is used to ensure accurate filling results say 50 Kg bag or 80 Kg bag.

After the bags are weighed, a hand held bag stitching machine is used for sealing the top of the cake bag. It is a simple and very fast instrument and only one person is required to do the entire operation.
