The act of stripping the hulls of the seeds is known as decorticating. Decorticators are also known as shell removers or skin separators. Groundnut Decorticators are an integral part of the oil mill plant and they are specially made to crack the outer shell of the groundnuts (peanuts). Manually shelling a large number of these nuts is a laborious task and consumes a lot of time. In order to make the shelling process of groundnuts easier, Groundnut Decorticators are duly used.We manufacture very efficient Groundnut Decorticators to shell the groundnuts into husks and kernels separately. While the husks are separated and blown by an in-built air blower, the kernels get separated by screening into split and whole kernels. Our Groundnut Decorticator is specially designed to carry out this whole purpose without any breakage.

Same groundnut decorticator is used for Jatropha and Castor seeds with slight modification. For Jatropha Decorticator and Castor Decorticator, the screening in the machine is modified as per the particular oilseed.
