Technical Improvements of our Oil Press Machines:

• OIL PRESS DESIGN
  The entire steel fabricated structure ensures better alignment and stability of the oil press machine. The crude oil collection tank has been placed beneath the crushing chamber and the integral part of the press machine thus removing the need for extra tank.
• GEAR BOX UNIT
  The gears and pinion are totally enclosed inside the joint body and the gear box. The gears are high carbon gears especially hardened and tempered to add the strength. Gearbox is optimally designed to give noiseless operation.
• WORMS & CAGE BAR
  The entire series of pressing worms along with the cage bars are made from high grade steel and allowed to undergo heat treatment for better hardness and toughness. The manufacturing precision will also benefit in their longer operational life.
• COOKING KETTLE
  The design of cooking kettle has been made unique for uniform cooking of the oilseeds. The cooking kettle for the oil press is available in two designs of Long Kettle and Round Kettle for each seed application.
