Commissioning

The Process of Commissioning is performed after the completion of Erection and Installation work. At Tinytech, our engineers and professional staff offer the service of commissioning of the project. Our staff makes the plant fully operational and gives a trial run in order to ensure its optimum performance. We make sure that the process plant comes on stream. Our team has installed and commissioned plants all over the world. It is our responsibility to make sure that the installation and commissioning gets completed as per the project design.

The commissioning process comprises the integrated application of a set of engineering techniques and procedures to check, inspect and test every operational component of the project, from individual functions up to complex amalgamations.

With the raw material with the buyer, it is time for the plant to be started. Our technicians give 7 days trial productions from the supplied machinery to ensure that all the things are properly set.

The designed plant shall operate and work smoothly giving ultimate results for the oil extraction and oil refining process.
